Refund policy

No Refunds: Store Credit Only

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date the product was delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.    

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and have the original tags attached. You’ll also need your order number, which will be in your text receipt or email.  We do not accept exchanges.  You would need to return the item and order a replacement item in another size if you are looking for an exchange.  

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full credit.  If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

To return your product, you complete the return request form on our website. 

Exceptions to this policy:  
Pre-orders that have not been fulfilled yet are eligible for a full refund if cancelled prior to the fulfillment.
